The house connects to a Natural park for a great walk by the river. This is a cozy & very well maintained house.
The space
The House is located inside the city of Montreal, It is adjacent to the Beausejour park which can be accessed from the garden through a private gate.
Beautiful river view terrace & garden with a 10 persons Hot Tub on the covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen, a large BBQ & a heated pool.
There are 8 bedrooms in the house with a total of 14 beds: 2 king, 5 queen, 4 full, 3 twin beds.
7 of the 8 bedrooms have their own in-suite full bathroom.
Each bedroom has its own, separately controlled, smart TV with access to separate Netflix, YouTube etc.
It is fully furnished and equipped.
Its optimal for family reunions and friends gatherings.
This is a nice and well maintained house that can receive large groups wanting to stay under one roof. It is not a high star Hotel and does not provide high star standards or service.
This is more of a cozy house that is perfect for casual family and friends gatherings and reunions.
The house is sitting on a very nice lot of land surrounded by nature and trees and overlooking the Riviere des Prairies River.

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. If the check-in date is at least 60 days away, 50% refund for cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 60 days of check-in.
House rules
Guests are expected to follow your rules, and can be removed from the house if they cause issues.
Pets allowed
Events allowed subject to previous negotiations and approval by the Host.
Smoking allowed only at the outside terrace.
Commercial photography and filming allowed, the charges are assessed on a case by case basis.

Additional rules
– At the end of your stay, it is your responsibility to clean the kitchen, store the dishes, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave. Bring the garbage to the containers in front of the garage door. If you do not do so, an amount of $150 shall be taken from your deposit.
– There are 2 security cameras overlooking the front of the house and 2 security cameras overlooking the outside terrace and the backyard. The guests are not allowed to tamper with these cameras. There are no cameras anywhere inside the house.
– Private events may be allowed after discussing the details and the additional charges with the host and after getting the approval of the host. There is a minimum charge of $1000 for any event involving the invitation of 10 persons or more (other than the guests that are booked to stay at the house) This amount shall increase based on the number of persons to be invited or the type of the event. The final charges have to be agreed upon and approved by the host before making the booking.
– Parties with paid tickets or parties that are open to the public are definitely not permitted.
– The pool and the outside kitchen and BBQ are usually open from the first or 2nd week of May till the end of October, should the weather allow.
– Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house, only outside and make sure please not to throw any cigarettes buds on the Terrace floor or in the garden. Breaking this rule will subject you to a $500 charge.
Guest requirements
All guests are required to provide a government issued photo ID, confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to your house rules.
Rates & Additional Charges
- The nightly rate is CAD$1795 for up to 14 persons for a minimum 3 nights reservation.
- Each additional guest on top of 14 persons is charged at CAD$165 per person per night.
- The prepaid cleaning fee is CAD$375.
- The City of Montreal Lodging tax is 3.5%
- The federal & provincial sales taxes amount to 14.975%
- A 50% deposit payment is due upon booking, the 50% balance is due 60 days before the check-in Date.
- We accept payments by Paypal or by Interac e-transfer.
Licence & Permits
Chateau Olivier is licensed by the CITQ and has an assigned establishment number and is renewed every year on time according to the provincial regulations.
